Corporate Wellness
Our wellness events are great for team building and include hot yoga, Pilates, cryotherapy (cold therapy), journaling, health training, therapeutic energy healing, and more. Our team consists of fitness instructors, alternative medicine healers, nurses, and cryotherapy specialists.
Our room holds up to 18 people and our packages start at 400.00. We also can have multiple time slots to accommodate larger crowds.
Yoga Parties
Do you have a child who is interested in yoga? What could be more fun than a yoga-themed birthday day party? Our certified children's yoga instructor will lead a special class and craft activity for your group. It's a fun and healthy way to celebrate! Please contact us to discuss planning your party.
One on One Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese alternative medicine that involves palm healing or hands-on healing. Practitioners use this technique to transfer a "universal energy" from their palms to the patient, in order to facilitate emotional or physical healing. Athletic Team Sessions
Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation training can significantly benefit sports teams by enhancing their overall training for optimal mindset, maximal performance, and benefits that carry over into all aspects of life. These sessions are designed for pre-teens, teens, and college-level athletes and offer all-levels training practice to prepare their bodies and minds for peak performance in athletic endeavors. The training sessions focus on both the physical aspects of strength, flexibility, core work, breath-focused training, endurance, and injury prevention, complementing their regular training and competition. Additionally, these sessions also focus on mindfulness, performance visualization, breath training for relaxation, and body awareness, which helps the athletes to stay calm and focused during their games.
